Expanding Harmony as a Business Manager
As a business manager, you manage digital transformation and innovation projects or programs and help our clients achieve their goals.
You combine project delivery with account management and business development.
You expand our customer portfolio and actively seek new opportunities.
Your entrepreneurship creates new ideas, partnerships and projects in digital transformation, in line with our business objectives.
In addition, you will also contribute in your unique way to the 'Business Consultancy' team within Harmony by helping to develop new services or products, supporting and expanding the expertise center, coaching fellow Harmonians in their career development, and so much more.
Are you the person we are looking for?
You are a seasoned management consultant, with at least 8 years’ experience, specialized in digital transformation, customer experience and/or innovation.
You can look back on several successful experiences in leading successful large projects or programs.
You have built a strong network in the services industry (banking, insurance, healthcare, telecom, etc.) or beyond throughout the years.
You are known for your entrepreneurial attitude, customer centered mindset and impressive problem solving skills.
You are a strong communicator, fluent in Dutch, English and French.
Harmony's values closely align with your personal values (commitment, entrepreneurship, creativity and transparency). You are a true teamplayer.
