What does a management consultant do at Harmony?
As a management consultant you will be part of an enthusiastic & dynamic team.
You will work on different digital transformation projects for our customers that are mainly situated in the banking, insurance or healthcare sector.
On these digital projects we want to help our customers realize their ideas, e.g. development of a mobile app or platform, the implementation of artificial intelligence and/or process optimization and digitalization.
This means that, together with the client, we draw up concepts, map out customer journeys, identify/document business requirements and help guide the development team.
We act as a facilitator who can be deployed in the project from A to Z, from ideation to testing.
You will also contribute to the growth and improvement of Harmony by:
Contributing to the development of new Harmony products or services.
Being part of one of the expertise centers (people, delivering expertise, business development or ...).
Letting your entrepreneurship and creativity come to the surface.
Build strong customer relationships and act as an Harmony ambassador in the market.
Help organize internal and external events and activities.

You hold a Master's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in management consulting, preferably in the field of process optimization, innovation or digital transformation.

If you already have experience in the banking or insurance sector, this is definitely an asset, but not a must.
